From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options...".

In the new window, click the "Advanced" tab.

Scroll down to "Java (Sun)" and make sure there is a check

in the box below.

Click "OK". (You may need to restart your computer.)

For Mozilla Firefox:

From the "Tools" menu, select "Options...".

In the new window, click the "Web Features" icon.

Make sure there is a check in the box "Enable Java".

Click "OK".
